The studio flat has been approved by the Tourism Office of Hyères this year. It is the residence SIMONE BERRIAU, which is classified "patrimoine XXème siècle" in "Les Salins d'HYERES", facing the islands of PORQUEROLLES and PORT CROS. 80 m far, is a beach with palm and pine trees, the beach access is pivate, beeing closed by the river "Le Gapeau" on one side and a military area on the other side, the beach is watched by a swimming instructor (in July and August)
