Comfortable rural gîte (3 "épis") for 8 people with every modern convenience with private swimming pool, independent, with a 3 boxes stable for riders coming with their own horses.

Come to spend some holidays with your family or your friends, deep in the countryside, in an old restaured farm not far from the owner, in a 74 ha property next to a golf course, with a private pond.

Single-storey 100 m² house : living-room, kitchen (micro-wave oven, dish washer, washing-machine and tumble drier), 4 bedrooms : 2 with bath and toilets, 2 with shower and toilets. 1 double bed, 6 single beds (twin beds). Bed sheets provided, central heating (fixed price contract). Free WiFi connection, television, VCR, DVD player, barbecue, great 100 m² room for playing in the attic with tennis table.

Panoramic view, vast playing area, footpaths, horse riding on marked out paths and private swimming pool.

Special for horses owners : If you have your own horses, they will be wellcome : Private stalls of 3 boxes openning on a 2 hectares meadow. Enjoy horse riding on marked out paths, in plain, forest, edges of the Loire and the channel.

Gîte for motorcyclists : 3 helmets "Gîtes de France / FFMC71" label (lockable facilities for motorbikes, heated room for clothes and helmets, tools provided). Les Grands narreaux is situated not so far from the monts of Morvan, Clunisois and Brionais. This offers a lot of trip possibilities in south Burgundy. Within 1 hour riding, you can reach the circuits of Nevers-Magny-Cours and Lurcy-Lévis as well as karting circuit of Varennes-sur-Allier

At 1km : golf course, fishing pond, forest.

A 4km : Tennis court, shops, leisure area, aquatic slide, thermal baths center, fitness center, mini-golf, cinema, planetarium, medieval city, arranged site of the edges of the Loire, museums, casino, voie verte, services.
