Single-storey 125 m² house for 8 people : living-room, kitchen (micro-wave oven, dish washer, washing-machine and tumble drier), 4 bedrooms : 2 with bath and toilets, 2 with shower and toilets. 1 double bed, 6 single beds (twin beds). Bed sheets provided, central heating (fixed price contract). Television, VCR, DVD player, barbecue, great 130 m² room for playing in the attic with tennis table.

Special for horses owners : If you have your own horses, they will be wellcome : Private stalls of 3 boxes openning on a 2 hectares meadow.
Enjoy horse riding on marked out paths, in plain, forest, edges of the Loire and the channel.

On the property at 700 meters : Horseriding center, daily reception of children (from 6 years old) during holidays. Canoe and bikes renting. Pony-club from 3 years old. Only with appointement in advance.

At 1km : golf course, fishing pond, forest.

At 4km : Swimming-pool, tennis court, shops, leisure area, aquatic slide, thermal baths center, fitness center, mini-golf, cinema, planetarium, crystal manufacture, medieval city, arranged site of the edges of the Loire, museums, casino, "voie verte", services.
